The Alba by Omniyat is a US$1.9 billion mixed-use "garden retreat" situated on the Eastern Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. It is the first project in the world to be designed by Zaha Hadid Architects as a beachfront destination and is managed by the prestigious Dorchester Collection. The project’s name draws from the Arabic word for "sea" and the Latin for "dawn," reflected in its undulating, organic architecture that mimics the rhythm of the Arabian Gulf. Set within 26,000 square meters of lush, forested grounds designed by Vladimir Djurovic, The Alba is engineered for "well-living," blending zero-gravity architectural lines with a 3,000 sqm wellness center and the highest standards of the WELL Building Standard.
