Passo by Beyond (a subsidiary of Omniyat) is an ultra-luxury, sculptural twin-tower landmark located on the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. Inspired by the fluid motion of waves and natural coastal contours, the project (comprising towers Avita and Bella) focuses on a biophilic design that bridges high-end architecture with sensory wellness. With only 625 residences across its low-density G+14 structure, Passo offers a secluded "resort-style" environment featuring 250 meters of private white sandy beach and unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.
