Hado by Beyond is a significant departure from the industrial aesthetics of Maritime City, serving as the flagship residential launch within SIORA—the most serene, nature-centric district of Dubai Islands. Inspired by the Japanese concept of Ikigai (a life of purpose) and the principle of Hado (the subtle energy of life), the project consists of three sculpted 21-storey towers. The architecture is defined by horizontal tiering and soft, organic lines that step down toward the water, ensuring that every residence maintains a direct emotional and visual connection to the 6km of pristine beachfront and the 140,000 sqm of surrounding green parkland.
